Create and review digital proofs.
Prepare production files.
Print, frame, package, and fulfill the order.
Provide customer support, replacements, and quality review.
Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Customer Content may be shared with service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform these functions, including customization-technology providers, cloud-storage providers, printing and framing partners, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Customers retain their rights in original Customer Content. Our limited right to process that content is also described in our Terms of Service.

We do not publicly display or use private Customer Content for marketing without separate, express authorization.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND INFORMATION RELATING TO CHILDREN

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Children should not create accounts, make purchases, or submit information directly through the Services.

Because Emberena creates baby and family keepsakes, an adult customer may submit a child’s photograph, name, birth date, milestone information, or other personalization details.

By submitting information relating to a child, the customer represents that the customer is the child’s parent or legal guardian or has valid authorization from the parent or legal guardian.

We process child-related Customer Content at the direction of the adult customer for the limited purposes of creating previews, producing and delivering the personalized product, providing support, preventing fraud, and complying with law.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children. We do not use a child’s private photograph or personalization information for targeted advertising or public marketing without separate, express authorization from the parent, legal guardian, or other authorized rights holder.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted information directly, or who wishes to request access to or deletion of child-related Customer Content, may contact privacy@emberena.com.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Customization and preview-tool providers that process photographs, text, design selections, and production files.
